Refund policy
RETURNS
We accept returns or exchanges only if the item you purchased is defective. To be eligible for a return, you must submit a claim within 30 days of the original purchase date. Proof of purchase (e.g., Order Number) may be required.
Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact us at info@tech2clean.com with details and pictures of the defect. If we determine that the item needs to be returned, send the defective item to:

Upon receipt, we will examine the product and notify you via email within a reasonable time frame regarding your eligibility for a refund or replacement. If you are entitled to a refund or replacement, we will process it using the original payment method.
How do I withdraw my Non-Refundable Items:?
- Gift cards
- Items listed as Final Sale
- Items purchased as part of a bundle or set must be returned in full to be eligible for a refund.
Purchases from Other Retailers:
For items purchased outside of the TECH2CLEAN website, please contact the retailer from whom you made the purchase regarding their return policy. For purchases made through Amazon, please contact Amazon support via the order summary page of your order.

Shipping and Handling Charges:
- Refunds do not include shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.
- Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you.
- You are responsible for any loss or damage to the item during shipment.
- We do not guarantee receipt of the returned item.
- Refunds will not include the cost of shipping.
